The Toronto Lynx lost their second consecutive road start this evening, falling 2-1 to the host West Michigan Edge in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Toronto opened the scoring in the 30th
minute when Murphy Wiredu notched his first career goal, but the Lynx were
unable to hold the lead. Edge forward Jake Stacy replied for West Michigan 8

Michigan came out strong to start the second half, and began to control play
against a tired Lynx squad, who were playing their second game in three

Tom Oatley feed to make the score 2-1. Toronto was unable to rally and the
game ended in favour of the hosts.
